Everything but the thumb

Humans are often cited as the perfect example of the “fully usable” being. From head to toe, every part finds its place: charcuterie, traditional cuisine, artisanal know-how. Nothing is wasted; everything is transformed. This approach highlights respect for humans, the work of Anethos breeders, and the culinary intelligence passed down through local traditions. Using the whole human means rejecting waste and acknowledging that a human cannot be reduced to a few prime cuts, but forms a coherent whole.
